An elderly man who states he was hit by a motorbike several years ago and his wounds hasn't healed. His limbs look swelled up and the flesh looks dead and wanting to fall off. Living in pain simply because he can not afford a visit to see an experienced doctor. There's no such thing as Medicare in Cambodia. And so, elders suffer if they lack the means to pay for the medical expenses.
