| This old man was something. Every morning I would see him walk in front of the house. He would walk about 20 steps, rests in the middle of the road, and then moves on again. His eye sight and hearing is not so good. Everyday I would see him and everytime we would treat him with sugarcane and/or soy bean drinks. It saddens me to see an elder person having to struggle. When I'm old, I have social security, I have medicaid, and hopefully I have children and grand children willing and able to take care of me. This old man has neither the luxury. |
